Linda Price and other women presidents provided economic policy input to the White House for the President’s State of the Union Address. At the meeting were Lezlee Westine, Director, White House Office of Public Liaison, Cynthia Williams, Special Assistant for Women’s Outreach and White House Office of Public Liaison, and Keith Hennessey, Deputy Director of the National Economic Council.

Linda Price began her third year as a board member of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Created in 1997, WBENC is dedicated to enhancing opportunities for women's business enterprises in America's major business markets. WBENC's goal is to foster diversity in the world of commerce. Its programs and policies are designed to expand opportunities for women business owners. WBENC provides access to a national standard of certification.

Ronin Enterprises launches Arete Services, a partner organization dedicated to the development of basic training and training based services. Arete was created to address clients’ requests to outsource training requirements to a trusted advisor.

Linda Price conducted an “Elevator Pitch” workshop to provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs to refine their businesses’ unique value proposition and practice articulating it clearly and powerfully. This workshop was given to a group of 75 women-owned businesses from the Westchester/Connecticut area. The event was hosted by the not-for-profit Women President’s Education Organization (WPEO) and Fleet Bank. Linda is on the Board of the WPEO.

At the Women’s Presidents Education Organization (WPEO)’s second annual awards breakfast at the Harvard Club, Linda Price was honored for her service as an advocate for women business and her role in creating a level playing field for women entrepreneurs.
