TITA THEDORA BEAL // Instructional/WBT Designer
Tita Beal develops highly focused, innovative learning programs primarily in the areas of sales, management development, customer service and product knowledge. Prior to her consulting work, ,. Beal was an Assistant Vice President/Training Officer at JP Morgan and before that, an Education Design Specialist at Xerox Learning Systems.
Beal designs and writes simulations, interactive sales, product knowledge, training and informational multimedia programs, and video scripts for CD ROMs, laptops and websites.
She has also designed, developed, written, tested and delivered corporate training workshops, self-instruction, and interactive video and videoconferencing programs. Recent clients include Deutsche Bank, Lucent Technologies, Viacom and Wyeth Ayerst.
Beal is a member of the American Society of Training & Development, the International Interactive Communications Society, and the Writers Guild of America. She is certified in the Lotus Learning Space and has completed coursework at the NYU Center for Digital Multimedia and RCA Institutes. She received a B.A. from Sara Lawrence College.
