PEGGY TROUPIN, PhD // Project Manger & Instructional Designer

Clients and colleagues have acknowledged Peggy Troupin’s exceptional abilities in instructional design, curriculum design, strategic thinking, project management, and high-tech product training.

Peggy takes a project from creative concept through production. She has designed and developed programs for such organizations as Dun & Bradstreet, Picker International, IBM, Landis & Gyr, Chemical Bank, MetLife, Sumitomo Corporation, Cigna HealthCare, the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS), Corning Clinical Laboratories, New York State Electric and Gas (NYSEG), and Olsten Staffing Services, among others.

Peggy has taught sales training and sales management courses, including negotiating and strategic account management. She has been a Project Director at Porter Henry & Co, a Training Director at MetLife, and a Production Manager at Wiley Learning Technologies. She also worked at CBS Publishing and the Career Development Team.

Before entering the world of corporate training, Peggy taught at Harvard College, Hunter College, and the University of Pennsylvania. She received her secondary education at the International School of Geneva, Switzerland and holds a BA from Barnard College and a PhD from Harvard University.
