Karen Machung brings
twenty years experience in working with organizations to design and develop
training and documentation solutions to support employee performance.
Whether the goal is to support the organization’s sales or customer
service initiatives, introduce new systems or procedures, revamp new hire
training for back office processing areas, or meet audit or regulatory
requirements, Karen works to understand the business need, the relevant
content, the audience characteristics, and the delivery requirements and
options and to design a solution that will work.
She produces high-quality
materials, which may include documentation of work processes and procedures,
training modules, product knowledge materials, etc., depending on the
organization’s need. Karen focuses on structuring content appropriately
given the audience needs and delivery medium. She has worked extensively
with a variety of on-line authoring and delivery systems and also produces
materials for delivery in traditional paper form.
