Ronin’s learning simulations replicate real-life critical challenges facing a target audience. Simulations allow the learner to confront business problems and opportunities that mirror their world and raise the bar on performance in a learning environment. These structured, learning immersions can be conducted before the workshop or during workshops intermissions and are debriefed as part of the workshop agenda. Simulations are often tightly linked to sequential competency development. Participants work on the simulation independently or in teams and discuss the simulation in threaded discussions on the Learning Website.
