The organizational change dynamic relies on the integration and fusion of top-down commitment, inside-out transformation, bottom-up involvement, and outside-in direction from key stakeholders (markets, clients, investors, partners, suppliers, competitors, etc).

All of these factors are linked by an organization’s shared values and culture - how people treat each other, how they think about and understand their work, how they relate to various stakeholder groups, and how they make daily behavior choices that produce bottom line results.
